MAKE DONATIONS TO YOUR LOCAL FOOD PANTRY THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

So, don’t feel bad if you’re strapped for cash yourself this holiday season. And you really can’t swing making donations to your local food pantry. I totally get it, and that’s okay. However, even if you have just a bit of cash to spare, it’s so worth it to make this effort. I have been doing this around the holiday season for a few years now. And even though it’s true, I should be doing it all damn year long. It’s better than not doing anything. And during the holiday season, when people are extra cold and hungry, it really does matter. BOYCOTTING VIOLENCE IN THE MEDIA AND AGGRESSION TOWARDS WOMEN

I don’t really want to write this post, because I get upset thinking about it. But it’s boiling for me right now, so I must. And after watching S4:E1 of Yellowstone last night, I decided that I will be boycotting violence in the media and aggression towards women. I’m not going to attach a link to the this show, because you can search for it if you’re curious. And I am not going to include any imagery of violence in the media. Because by doing so, I would go against the points I will be making, for boycotting violence in the first place. I would like to keep this short, and get this over with quickly. So, pardon the brevity. And here we go! Continue reading BOYCOTTING VIOLENCE IN THE MEDIA AND AGGRESSION TOWARDS WOMEN

And in that moment, I felt so supported, and so super grateful to have this beautiful relationship with her. I know not everyone can access nature on a regular basis. But I’m telling you, if you are able, spend regular time with Mama Nature and see what happens. Your life will become that much more magical, I promise! 5 REASONS TO KEEP CREATING, EVEN IF NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE

was taking my daily nature walk the other day, feeling hopeless about my contribution to the world. Thinking about all of my creative projects, I was getting caught up, focusing on all of the people who DON’T pay attention to me. And then Mama Nature, as she often does, gently graced me with her clarity and nurturing love in my moment of sadness. And the idea that both you and I should keep creating, even if no one seems to care, became so apparent. Creative expression is such a powerful, human tool. We can all access it, and we can all benefit from it. And just because you THINK no one seems to care, is no reason to stop. The flow must continue, regardless of external validations, or lack thereof. And here are five reasons why. Continue reading 5 REASONS TO KEEP CREATING, EVEN IF NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE
