  1. Thank you for sharing this, Libby. Everyone’s experience with therapy is so different. When I needed therapy the most is when I was least receptive to it.
    I love your comparison with dating. So true! When it’s a match, the right therapist can be life-changing.

Therapy has really helped me better organize my thoughts, fears and channel my inner strength… I actually miss it and would have sought therapy if not for this pandemic (I’m not really into the virtual therapy at this point)… Personal responsibility is a big lesson I’ve learned in therapy as well… What we let out into the world is often what we get back… Negativity, hate, fear, judgment.. Etc
