  1. Meditation should be done with no attachment to or expectation of outcomes or attainments. However, quieting one’s mind enough to even perceive the teeny-tiniest glimpse of a reflection of a reflection of “SELF” might take years of determined practice. Little chunks of time, extending as your muscles adapt. Pranayama is not hard. Forget why you are doing it, just do it, when you have time. That’s all. Thanks.
