I am definitely a sugar addict and I struggle with my sugar intake on a daily basis. However, I do think different people struggle with varying levels of cravings, and I consider myself lucky, because when I finally decide to wean myself off of sugar (I go in cycles and never really, truly give it up all together, but instead drastically reduce my intake), I really do make a commitment.
