15. How To Heal Your Wounded Inner Child
In this episode, I’m going to share with you an incredible exercise that I have used time and time again to heal my deep-seated, hard to get at, inner-child wounds. You don’t have to have come from a dysfunctional family, or have had a super dark childhood to have these kinds of wounds. If you’re human, you have feelings. And when you’re a child, your feelings are sensitive, vulnerable, and exposed. And sometimes, they get hurt. So, this topic truly applies to everyone. Again, as long as you’re a human being, you’re probably going to get something out of this!

11. Staph Infection On My Bum

And I needed to heal them in order to move forward successfully in my journey to finding love. This staph infection was an invitation to heal, but damn was it painful!
